Enter Agreement, Pay, & Complete Questionnaire
If you agree with our Proposal, we'll send over our Legal Services Agreement, you'll pay an Initial Deposit, and then complete a quick Questionnaire for your Virtual Plan.

Attorney Review, Q&A, Changes
We will review all of your documents prior to releasing them to you. Once you receive them, you'll review as well, then we can schedule a time to answer questions and make appropriate and necessary changes.
Signing
Starting Aug. 28, 2025, Missouri residents can sign their estate planning documents virtually. We'll schedule a time for you to meet with us to sign your documents appropriately.
