How Virtual Planning Works

The Taormina Firm is the only estate planning law firm in St. Louis that offers virtual estate planning. Here's our process.

01
Complete Intake; Get Proposal
Complete our intake form and receive a custom estate planning proposal. If you have less than $1 million in gross assets, we'll offer a virtual estate planning option for you.
02
Sign Agreement; Access Questionnaire
If you want select virtual planning in your proposal, then we'll send over a legal services agreement. All you have to do is sign, pay an initial deposit, and fill out the virtual questionnaire after we send it.
03
Attorney Review
Based on your questionnaire answers, your estate planning documents will be generated on the attorney side. Vince will review your generated documents to ensure legal compliance.
04
You Review; We Revise
We will send you drafts of your documents. Take your time to review them. If you need us to revise anything, you get one round of edits at no additional charge.
05
Sign Your Documents
Once you've approved the drafts, we'll release "clean" copies to you for signature. You can sign them on your own time, or, for an additional $300, we will help you sign your documents.
