Our process is simple. You schedule a time to meet with Vince, and between the time you schedule and the time you meet, you will be requested to fill out our intake form. After that, Vince will provide you with a proposal.

Our proposals are custom-tailored to fit your needs. We include recommendations on the type of plans we think would best serve you and your families, outline timeline and process, and provide a more detailed estimated quote for our services.

The Taormina Firm is the only law firm in St. Louis offering virtual estate planning for clients with less than $1 million in gross assets. Virtual planning is a simpler, self-directed process. You'll complete a questionnaire and we'll review it. From there, all you have to do is sign your plan.

Vince believes that estate planning is the most intimate experience that most families will have with the law. As such, he believes in working closely with his clients so that they can understand the intricacies of their plans.

Vince is not particularly interested in litigation. Therefore, he only takes a handful of litigation clients per year. But don't worry, if you have a need, he can find someone who can help you out.
