Virtual Planning

The world is changing; lawyers should change with it. That's why The Taormina Firm is proud to be the only St. Louis law firm to offer its clients Virtual Planning options.

The uptick in demand for efficient and automated online legal resources like LegalZoom and TrustandWill.com is telling to us: people want an alternative to traditional legal practice. And while those services may be fine and good, many customers walk away without a clear understanding of what they just purchased.

That is why The Taormina Firm is proud to be the only St. Louis law firm to offer its clients Virtual Planning options. With our innovative Virtual Planning platform, clients receive the benefit of working with an attorney all from the comfort of their living room.

Our process is simple. All you have to do is Schedule an Appointment with The Taormina Firm. At the scheduled time, you will hop on a Zoom Meeting with one of our attorneys to discuss which planning options best fits your needs. After your meeting, we will send you a link to our online Questionnaire. This Questionnaire is where you will begin planning your estate from the comfort of your couch. Don't worry, we will guide you along the way.

Prior to completing the Questionnaire, you will be requested to pay. Once you have paid, you will immediately receive completed drafts of your estate planning documents. Then we will schedule a subsequent Zoom Meeting to discuss and review your documents. When all is said and done, we will schedule a time for you to come into our office to sign your documents and get you on your way!
