It is not uncommon for someone to have an estate plan that hasn't been looked at or updated in 20+ years. That is why we offer Estate Plan Reviews for potential clients throughout the St. Louis Metro Area.

Because reviewing estate plans can take a lot of time, we charge a $250 hourly rate for review. At the end of each review, we issue an opinion letter to discuss how the existing plan operates, whether it is legally valid or still in good standing under current law, and what, if any, changes should be made to the documents. From there, if clients wish to revise or amend their estate planning documents, they will pay the flat-fee amount charged by The Taormina Firm for all other estate plans.
